Farm Bill Deal Reached

A deal has been reached on a new Farm Bill In a breakthrough reached this afternoon negotiators agreed to a plan to add 800-million dollars to nutrition programs with the extra funds coming from direct subsidies to farmers House Democrat Collin Peterson of Minnesota says the deal means Congress can complete the bill by the first week of May
