A California-based company has purchased the MG Grain facility in Minot s Value Added Ag Complex C amp F Foods is taking over the MG Grain facilities MG Grain s founder Milad Ghattas passed away recently leaving the project up in the air C amp F officials say they look forward to rekindling the project and continuing Ghattas visionary goals The facility will process peas lentils and dry edible beans among other products C amp F Foods is based in California but has facilities across the country including one in Manvel North Dakota
